My boyfriend informed me today that he is excited for two huge milestones in our relationship. 1) He can’t wait to have kids together. (After we get married, so don’t freakout Mother.) 2) He can’t wait for those said, unborn children to grow-up and move out so we can have the house to ourselves again.
So in honor of his bipolar epiphany I have collected various nursery ideas, because even though we aren’t expecting, it’s nice to know I still intend to be a sarcastic ass even when we are.
Garish and Patterned
Calm and Chic
Bright and Cutsie
Modern and Bold
I really wanted to be clever and snarky (as usual) about some nursery designs, but after scouring the internet for hours I have decided that people are lest likely to take risks and be ridiculous when it coms to their children’s rooms. (Which is super refreshing considering the idiocy that some adults settle for.) If you are expecting or were expecting and have now received, you should check out Simplified Bee. We all know that the baby isn’t going to appreciate ambiance for quite some time, so you may as well make their space enjoyable for you– the unthanked, unwound and (quite possibly) unbathed, new parent.
